Ingredients

Noodles – 400 grams
Onion – 1 Big size
Tomato – 1 big size
Beans – 100 Grams
Carrot – 180 Grams
Ginger – 1 small piece finely chopped
Garlic – 2 nos finely chopped.
Green chilly – 2 nos ( Slit In the Middle)
Oil – 2 Table Spoon
Salt – To taste

Preparation Method

Bring enough water to boil add noodles to the boiling water. Add half taste maker stir it and keep it aside. In a heat pan pour oil add finely chopped garlic, chopped ginger, green chilly and saute for 2 seconds. Then add onions and saute for a few more seconds put in the remaining taste maker to it. Add tomato and when tomato is done add chopped vegetables cook it add salt cook it. Add the cooked noodles stir it and mix it well. After 2 minutes switch off the flame. Then add soya sauce, tomato sauce and mix well. Serve hot
